Omar Knio

Omar is an undergraduate alumnus of the group.  He worked in the Bradford Group the summer after his Freshman year,  making metal matrix  CNT composites.  He now works in the Chemical Engineering department on a project funded by an undergraduate research grant on capacitive deionization with the aim of developing commercially viable desalination technology.
